| Gregory J. Tansey, P.E.-Managing Principal Mr. Tansey has nearly twenty four years of experience in the civil/site engineering consulting business. His career experiences include international projects such as the Ismailia and Port Said Waste Water Treatment Plants located in Egypt. Most of his career experience has been within the Boston and South Shore areas consisting of a diverse range of civil/site engineering projects that include commercial, residential, religious, and educational projects. The expertise Mr. Tansey has obtained from working on a diverse array of projects enables Patriot Permitting & Engineering to provide exceptional professional services while staying within today’s budgetary limits. Mr. Tansey graduated from the University of Lowell in 1986 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering and passed the Massachusetts Professional Engineer License Exam in 1992 with a score of 82%. In 1997 he took the Soil Evaluator’s Exam and passed it with a score of 98%. Mr. Tansey has been a Title V Inspector since 1995, a certification he obtained under a grandfather clause for holding a Massachusetts Professional Engineering License. Mr. Tansey has served on the Rockland Zoning Board of Appeals since 2003 and currently holds the position of Vice Chairman. He considers himself to be an advocate for land use rights and is active in Town Meetings for the procurement of fair and equitable local regulations. gt@patriotpermitting.com AFFILIATED SUB CONSULTANTS Environmental Consulting and Restoration, LLC (ECR) Brad Holmes, PWS Mr. Holmes is the manager in charge of all the inland and coastal resource area delineations at ECR. He holds a Professional Wetland Scientist License (PWS #1464) and is also responsible for preparing DEP Data forms and resource area reports. Clancy, President Mr. Clancy is the President of C&G Survey Company, a full service surveying firm. Having nearly twenty years of experience in surveying, he uses the latest technologies in surveying equipment, including data collection and GPS.
